FAQs for Excel innovation

The UltraNut™ replaces traditional torch ring cutting with a jack-bolt locking system that applies precise preload across the head nut. This design makes liner changes faster and significantly safer by reducing the need for high-risk cutting tools, while also protecting threads with AR400 sleeves and dust seals. 

UltraBolt™ incorporates jack-bolt tensioning to achieve uniform preload without using slug wrenches or heavy torqueing methods. The system reduces installation time, simplifies disassembly, and allows for quicker mantle changes, while protective sleeves and seals extend the service life of the locking assembly. 

Using high-tin bronze alloys at the upper CDA specification improves toughness and wear resistance under heavy load conditions. Combined with centrifugal casting for dense, porosity-free grain structures and pinch machining for concentricity, these processes ensure longer wear life, reduced hot spots, and more reliable crusher performance.
