6:30am.  7:15pm.  2:00am.  ...Time doesn’t matter when it comes to Excel Foundry & Machine’s dedicated Support Staff!

If you have a machine that needs a replacement part, we feel it is our duty to get you back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.  That’s why we have a dedicated Emergency After-Hours Parts Hotline set up to enable you to get the proper support you need the second you need it, regardless of the time your operation goes down. Excel Foundry & Machine has a formal emergency and after-hours service that is dedicated to providing support to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This dedicated service is offered free-of-charge to our customers.


This service is available after 5:00 p.m. CST on weekdays and after 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday through 7:00 a.m. CST on Monday or on holidays. Your call will be handled by our trained Customer Support Representatives that can check inventory availability at any of our warehouses and put the wheels in motion to get a shipment moving to you as soon as humanly possible!
