From St. Louis: I-55 North to I-155 (Lincoln). Take I-155 to Rt. 9 at Tremont and proceed on Rt. 9 West to Pekin. Follow Rt. 9 through Pekin to Rt. 29 South. On Route 29 South go past industrial complexes and to Manito Road at entrance to Federal Prison. Right onto Manito Road preceed 1-1/2 miles and then Left onto Wagonseller Road (1/2 mile).
